摘要
目前,具有适应性强、无二次污染等特性的微生物技术已成为国内外环境生态保护与修复研究及应用的重点,尤其是土著微生物原位快速扩增技术,因其投资成本低、能耗小、无生物安全风险而在众多生态环境保护与修复工程中被广泛应用,成为最有潜力的技术之一。实际应用案例表明,这种土著微生物原位快速扩增技术能实现土著微生物快速、自动、有序地激活、扩培、投放、扩散,具有良好的稳定性和连续性,且无生物安全风险。同时该技术绿色、低碳、环保,具有很强的推广应用前景,能够为水环境的保护与修复提供有力的技术支持及经验借鉴。
At present, microbial technology with the characteristics of strong adaptability and no secondary pollution has become the focus of research and application of environmental ecological protection and restoration at home and abroad, especially the in-situ rapid amplification technology of indigenous microorganisms. Because of its low investment cost, low energy consumption and no biological safety risk, it has been widely used in many ecological environment protection and restoration, and has become one of the most potential technologies. The application case shows that this in-situ rapid amplification technology of indigenous microorganisms can realize the rapid, automatic and orderly activation, expansion, delivery and diffusion of indigenous microorganisms, with good stability and continuity, and no biosafety risk. At the same time, the technology is green, low-carbon and environment-friendly, which has a strong popularization and application prospect, and can provide strong technical support and experience reference for the protection and restoration of water environment.
