摘要 常见的高含盐废水主要是指工业废水或食品、化工等行业生产附属废水,这些高盐废水中含有较多的有机盐和无机盐,如Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^(-)、Na^(+)等离子。目前,市场上的环保公司处理这类难处理的高盐废水所采用的工艺流程都较长,这是行业内的一个重要难题。综合对比其经济性可以发现,处理这类废水的投资费用与运行费用都较高,目前行业内的主流工艺是蒸发结晶盐法、SBR工艺法、微生物法等。本文将主要围绕终端MVR技术,讨论采用各种前端处理技术与MVR技术相结合的方法,对高盐废水进行处理。 Common high salinity wastewater mainly refers to industrial wastewater or ancillary wastewater from food, chemical and other industries. These high salinity wastewater not only contains more organic salts, but also more inorganic salts such as Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^(-)、Na^(+)plasma. At present, the environmental protection companies in the market adopt a long process flow for this kind of difficult to treat high salinity wastewater, which is an important problem in the industry at present. The comprehensive economic comparison shows that the investment cost and operation cost of this kind of wastewater treatment are high. At present, the mainstream processes in the industry adopt evaporative crystallization salt method, SBR process method, microbial method and other methods. This paper will mainly focus on the terminal MVR technology, using various front-end treatment technologies combined with MVR technology to treat high salinity wastewater.
