医院手术直播中患者安全保障体系的完善与实施

Improvement and Implementation of Patient Safety Guarantee System in Live Surgery of Hospital

在“互联网+医疗”快速发展的今天,兼具科研教学、医疗产品推介、科普等功能的手术直播被逐渐应用于医疗实践,同时也带来了患者安全保障不足的隐忧。通过对手术直播内涵与特征分析,发现目前我国手术直播存在患者安全保障法律法规不健全、权益保障不足、管理滞后等影响患者安全的问题。结合国外手术直播开展的相关经验,应从搭建手术直播患者安全规制框架、强化患者权益保障的可实施性、规范流程等方面完善患者安全保障体系。

With the rapid development of “Internet + medical”, live surgery, which has the functions of scientific research and teaching, medical product promotion and popular science, has been gradually applied in medical practice,but at the same time,it also brings the hidden concern of insufficient patient safety guarantee.Through the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of live surgery, it was found that there are some problems affecting patient safety in the current live surgery in China,such as imperfect laws and regulations on patient safety protection, insufficient rights and interests protection, and the lag in the management of live surgery,etc. Combined with the relevant experience of surgical live broadcasting in foreign countries,the patient safety guarantee system should be improved from the aspects of building the regulatory framework for the patient safety of surgical live broadcasting, strengthening the practicability of the protection of patients’ rights and interests,regulating the procedure of live surgery,etc.
