“灌输性与启发性相统一”指引下思政课教学改革探索——以广州铁路职业技术学院为例

Exploration on the Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching Reform under the Guidance of"Unification of Indoctrination and Inspiration"——Taking Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as an Example

坚持“灌输性和启发性相统一”是新时代高校思政课改革创新的基本原则和主要突破点之一。在当今网络化、信息化时代,随着学生的思维方式、价值判断和成长期待的变化,“灌输性与启发性相统一”在教学实践中遭遇种种困境。广州铁路职业技术学院依托行业背景,立足行业特色,以“灌输性与启发性相统一”为指引,从教学理念创新、学习流程重构、实践教学拓展、教学资源整合等方面着眼进行思政课教育教学改革,取得了较好的效果。

Adhering to the unification of indoctrination and inspiration is one of the basic principles and main breakthroughs in the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era.In today’s network and information age,with the change of students’way of thinking,value judgment and growth expectations,the unification of indoctrination and inspiration encounters various difficulties in teaching practice.Taking Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as an example,relying on the background of the industry,based on the characteristics of the industry,guided by the unification of indoctrination and inspiration,this paper discusses the reform of ideological and political education and teaching from the aspects of teacher team construction,teaching idea innovation,learning process reconstruction,practical teaching expansion and teaching resource integration,and has achieved good results.
