基于柳州螺蛳粉产业背景的跨境电商人才培养路径研究

Research on the Training Path of Cross-border E-commerce Talents Based on Liuzhou Luosifen industry

当前,复合型技术技能人才短缺是制约跨境电商企业发展的主要问题之一。柳州职业技术学院基于柳州螺蛳粉产业发展要求,从跨境电商专业人才需求角度出发,分析跨境电商的岗位需求。通过明确培养“素养·管理·创新”国际化复合型技术技能人才定位,构建“以螺蛳粉产品为载体、传统外贸和跨境电商双线并轨”课程体系,积极探索学校、企业、第三方联动的人才培养路径等多样举措,切实提升跨境电商人才培养质量。

At present,the most prominent problem restricting the development of cross-border e-commerce industry is the shortage of professional and compound technical skills.Based on the development requirements of Luosifen(Liuzhou river snails rice noodle)industry,this paper analyzes the job requirements of cross-border ecommerce from the perspective of professional talent demand.By defining the orientation of cultivating international and compound technical and skilled talents with literacy,management and innovation,to build a curriculum system of taking Luosifen products as the carrier,combining traditional foreign trade with cross-border e-commerce,and actively explore schools,enterprises,third-party linkage of personnel training path and other initiatives to effectively improve the quality of cross-border e-commerce personnel training.
