摘要
介绍了一种液相催化法反应制备一氯甲烷工艺中搪玻璃反应釜的选型、搪玻璃反应釜制作的特殊要求、搪玻璃反应釜在运行过程中损坏的原因和日常维护的针对性防护措施,重点就反应釜气相空间腐蚀原因进行了分析和维护策略阐述。实践证明,搪玻璃反应釜有效的日常维护可大大延长设备使用寿命,降低设备故障率。
This paper introduces the type selection analysis of glass lined reactor,the special requirements for the production of glass lined reactor,the cause analysis of damage during the operation of glass lined reactor and the targeted protection measures for daily maintenance in a liquid-phase catalytic reaction process for preparing methyl chloride,and focuses on the analysis of the causes of gas-phase space corrosion of the reactor and the elaboration of maintenance strategies. Practice has proved that the effective daily maintenance of glass lined reactor can greatly prolong the service life of the equipment and reduce the failure rate of the equipment.
