Application Effect of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and 5M1E Analysis Method in Hospital Disinfection Supply Center

目的 研究失效模式与效应分析和5M1E分析法在医院消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法 对郑州大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心应用失效模式与效应分析和5M1E分析法管理,比较应用前后各生产环节灭菌质量评分、各环节消毒供应质量合格率、工作人员专业知识掌握情况以及医务人员满意度。结果 应用后回收清洗质量、包装质量、灭菌质量以及无菌物品存放质量评分均较应用前更高(P<0.05),应用失效模式与效应分析和5M1E分析法后回收、清洗、包装、消毒、灭菌、储存、运送消毒供应质量合格率高于应用前(P<0.05)。同时应用后工作人员理论知识掌握度和操作技能掌握度高于应用前(P<0.05)。且应用后满意度高于应用前(P<0.05)。结论 失效模式与效应分析和5M1E分析法应用于医院消毒供应中心中可以提高灭菌质量,提高各环节消毒供应质量合格率,同时增加工作人员专业知识掌握情况,提高医务人员满意度。

Objective To study the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis and 5M1E analysis method in hospital disinfection supply center.Methods The failure mode and effect analysis and 5M1E analysis method were applied to the disinfection supply center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and the sterilization quality scores of each production link, the qualified rate of disinfection supply quality of each link, the mastery of professional knowledge of staff, and the satisfaction of medical staff were compared before and after application.Results The scores of recovery cleaning quality, packaging quality, sterilization quality and sterile items storage quality after application were higher than those before application(P<0.05). After the application of failure mode and effect analysis and 5M1E analysis, the recovery, cleaning, packaging, disinfection, sterilization, storage, delivery disinfection supply quality qualified rate were higher than before the application(P<0.05). At the same time, the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the staff after application was higher than that before application(P<0.05). The satisfaction of disinfection supply was higher than that before application(P<0.05).Conclusion The failure mode and effect analysis and 5M1E analysis method can be applied to the hospital disinfection supply center, which can improve the sterilization quality, improve the quality pass rate of disinfection supply in each link, and at the same time increase the professional knowledge of staff and improve the satisfaction of medical staff.
