摘要
目的 分析基于问题教学法(PBL)与循证医学(EBM)联合应用于消化内科临床教学中的效果。方法 教学对象择取郑州大学第五附属医院消化内科于2021年7月至2022年7月收录的实习医生70例;将入科后接受PBL、EBM联合教学的35例纳入联合组、接受传统教学的35例纳入传统组,分组方法为随机数表法。最后对比两组实习成绩、综合能力及教学效果。结果 联合组在实习成绩方面,病例分析成绩、实际操作成绩、理论成绩、综合成绩各项成绩得分皆优于传统组(P<0.05);联合组在综合能力方面,文献评价能力、文献检索能力、治疗方案书写能力、综合表现能力各项能力得分皆优于传统组(P<0.05);联合组在教学效果方面,师生互动、学习兴趣、分析和处理能力、交流能力、自学能力各项评分皆优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论 PBL联合EBM教学对消化内科实习医生实习成绩、综合能力的提高效果更加显著,可有效培养其学习的主观能动性、创新思维及学习能力,教学效果优异,优于传统教学,临床推广优势大。
Objective To analyze the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with evidence-based medicine(EBM) in clinical teaching of gastroenterology.Methods The teaching objects selected 70 intern students who were intern in the Department of Gastroenterology in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2021 to July 2022. Thirty-five cases of PBL and EBM combined teaching after admission were included in the combined group, and 35 cases of traditional teaching were included in the traditional group. Grouping method was a random number table method. Finally, the practice performance, comprehensive ability and teaching effect of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of internship performance, the combined group was better than the traditional group in terms of case analysis, practical operation, theoretical and comprehensive scores(P<0.05). In terms of comprehensive ability, the combined group scores better than the traditional group in terms of literature evaluation ability, literature retrieval ability, treatment plan writing ability, and comprehensive performance ability(P<0.05). In terms of teaching effect, the combined group was better than the traditional group in terms of teacher-student interaction, learning interest, analysis and processing ability, communication ability and self-learning ability(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with EBM teaching has a more significant effect on improving the practice performance and comprehensive ability of gastroenterology interns. It can effectively cultivate their subjective initiative, innovative thinking and lifelong learning ability. The teaching effect is excellent, which is obviously better than traditional teaching, clinical promotion advantage.
