胸腹腔镜下食管癌根治术护理敏感性指标体系的构建

Construction of Nursing Sensitivity Index System of Laparoscopic Radical Esophagectomy for Thoracic Esophageal Carcinoma

目的 构建胸腹腔镜下食管癌根治术患者护理敏感性指标体系,为临床护理提供重要的参考依据。方法 本次研究采用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法,通过搜索国内外相关文献以及报道,筛选并确立评价体系。专家小组应用层次分析法筛选并且确立各级指标的权重。结果 通过专家的2轮函询,函询问卷回收有效率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.904、0.915。最终确立了食管癌根治术患者护理敏感性指标体系一级指标3项、二级指标8项、三级指标35项。结论 本研究构建的食管癌根治术患者护理敏感性指标体系具有较高可靠性、科学性,可作为食管癌根治术患者护理服务效果的评价工具,并提供客观以及量化的参考,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To establish a nursing sensitivity index system for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma, and provide an important reference basis for clinical nursing.Methods Delphi expert consultation method was used in this study. Through searching relevant literatures and reports at home and abroad, the evaluation system was selected and established. The expert group uses analytic hierarchy process to screen and determine the weight of each indicator.Results After 2 rounds of expert consultation, the recovery efficiency of the questionnaire was 100%, and the expert authority coefficient was 0.904 and 0.915, respectively. Finally, the first level, second level and third level indexes including 3, 8 and 35 were established in the nursing sensitivity index system of patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer.Conclusion In this study, the index system of nursing sensitivity for patients with radical esophageal cancer has high reliability and scientificity, and can be used as an evaluation tool for the effect of nursing service for patients with radical esophageal cancer, and provide objective and quantitative reference, which is worthy of clinical reference.
