摘要
目的:探讨果糖和甘露糖代谢基因在各种癌症类型中的变化。方法:利用生物信息学方法分析果糖和甘露糖代谢基因在各种癌症类型中的变化。结果:在部分癌症类型中果糖和甘露糖代谢基因表达上调,这些基因表达的变化源于拷贝数变异和DNA甲基化。进一步的通路分析发现,果糖和甘露糖代谢基因的改变可以影响常见的致癌通路,如细胞凋亡、细胞周期、上皮—间质转化通路等。结论:癌症疾病中存在果糖与甘露糖代谢失调,而这一变化影响到癌症的发生发展。
Objective:To explore the changes of fructose and mannose metabolism genes in various cancer types.Methods:The changes of fructose and mannose metabolism genes in various cancer types were analyzed using bioinformatics methods.Results:The expression of fructose and mannose metabolism genes was up-regulated in some cancer types.The changes in gene expression were due to copy number variation and DNA methylation.Further pathway analysis found that,changes in fructose and mannose metabolism genes can affect common carcinogenic pathways such as cell apoptosis,cell cycle,epithelial-mesenchymal transformation pathway.Conclusion:Fructose and mannose metabolism disorder is present in cancer diseases,and this change affects the occurrence and development of cancer.
