椅旁计算机辅助设计与制造联合激光修复后牙牙体缺损的效果观察

Effect Observation of Chair-Side Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacturing Combined with Laser in Repairing Posterior Tooth Defects

摘要 目的:探讨椅旁计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)联合激光修复后牙牙体缺损的效果。方法:选取2016年1月—2020年12月就诊于郑州市中心口腔医院口腔科的86例(108颗)牙龈覆盖部分牙体组织的牙体缺损患者作为研究对象,均给予CAD/CAM联合激光修复后牙牙体缺损治疗,修复后1年进行随访,观察其疗效。结果:108颗修复体中成功102颗,失败6颗。失败的患者中,修复体粘接失败4颗,含前磨牙1颗,磨牙3颗;修复体折裂2颗,均为活髓牙;术后敏感1颗,1周后敏感症状消失,余修复体边缘密合,边缘线未见着色,牙龈颜色质地正常。结论:CAD/CAM联合激光修复牙龈覆盖部分牙体组织的后牙牙体缺损短期临床效果显著,是修复后牙牙体缺损的有效方法。 Objective:To explore the effect of chair-side computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)combined with laser in repairing posterior tooth defects.Methods:A total of 86 patients(108 teeth)with tooth defects,where the gum covered part of tooth tissue,who were admitted to Department of Stomatology,Zhengzhou Central Stomatology Hospital from January 2016 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.All the patients were treated with CAD/CAM combined with laser to repair posterior tooth defects.The patients were followed up for one year after repair,and the efficacy was observed.Results:Among the 108 restorations,102 teeth were successful and 6 teeth failed.Among the failed cases,the restoration bond failure was found in 4 teeth,including 1 premolar and 3 molars;the restoration were fractured in 2 teeth,which were vital teeth;postoperative sensitiveness was found in 1 tooth,and the symptom disappeared after one week.The remaining restorations had closing margins,the marginal lines were not colored,and the gingival color and texture were normal.Conclusion:CAD/CAM combined with laser for the repair of tooth defects where the gum covers part of tooth tissue have a significant short-term clinical effect.It is an effective way to repair the posterior tooth defects.
