利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症攻击行为的效果观察

Effect Observation of Risperidone Combined with Sodium Valproate in Treatment of Aggressive Behavior in Schizophrenia

目的:探讨利培酮联合丙戊酸钠治疗精神分裂症攻击行为的效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2021年2月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的80例精神分裂症攻击行为患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和参照组,各40例。参照组给予利培酮治疗,观察组在参照组基础上给予丙戊酸钠治疗。比较两组患者外显攻击行为、简明精神病评分以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组外显攻击行为、简明精神病评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、3个月后,两组外显攻击行为、简明精神病评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:利培酮与丙戊酸钠联合治疗精神分裂症攻击行为的效果显著,可减少患者外显攻击行为,改善精神症状,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of risperidone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of aggressive behavior in schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 80 schizophrenia patients with aggressive behavior who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with risperidone and the observation group was treated with sodium valproate on the basis of reference group.The explicit aggressive behavior,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale score and adverse reaction were compared between two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the explicit aggressive behavior and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the explicit aggressive behavior and Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the observation group was lower than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:The effect of risperidone combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of aggressive behavior in schizophrenia is significant.It can reduce explicit aggressive behavior,improve mental symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
