即刻种植牙与常规种植牙治疗牙齿缺失的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Immediate Dental Implant and Conventional Dental Implant in Treatment of Tooth Loss

目的:探讨即刻种植牙与常规种植牙治疗牙齿缺失的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月北京市丰台区中医医院收治的60例牙缺失患者作为研究对象,按照随机抓阄法分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规种植牙治疗,观察组给予即刻种植牙治疗。比较两组不良反应发生情况、种植牙恢复进度、牙齿恢复效果。结果:两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后1个月,两组种植体稳定系数(ISQ)、红色美学评分(PES)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月,观察组ISQ、PES高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组牙齿美观度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组医护人员专业水平、牙齿生理功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论:牙齿缺失患者行即刻种植牙的效果显著,预后恢复情况更为理想,能够改善种植体的稳定性,提升患者的口腔功能,且不会增加并发症发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of immediate dental implant and conventional dental implant in the treatment of tooth loss.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2021,a total of 60 patients with tooth loss who received treatment in Beijing Fengtai District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional dental implant treatment and the observation group received immediate dental implant treatment.The occurrence of adverse reactions,the recovery progress of dental implants,and the effect of tooth restoration were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month after treatment,there was no significant difference in the implant stability quotient(ISQ)and pink esthetic score(PES)between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,ISQ and PES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the tooth aesthetic scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The professional level of medical staff and dental physiological function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediate dental implant has significant effect in patients with tooth loss,the prognosis recovery is more ideal.It can improve the implant stability,enhance the dental functions of patients,and will not increase the incidence of complications.
