逍遥丸联合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚血瘀证失眠的效果观察

Effect Observation of Xiaoyao Pill Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in Treatment of Insomnia with Liver Stagnation,Spleen Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

目的:探讨逍遥丸联合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚血瘀证失眠的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月北京市丰台区宛平社区卫生服务中心收治80例的肝郁脾虚血瘀证失眠患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予逍遥丸联合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗,比较两组中医症状积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组心烦急躁、神疲倦怠、头晕头痛中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组各项中医症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗前,两组睡眠时间、入睡时间、主观睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、日间功能、催眠药物、总分评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组各项评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。结论:逍遥丸联合血府逐瘀胶囊治疗肝郁脾虚血瘀证失眠的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of Xiaoyao Pill combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of insomnia with liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2022,80 patients of insomnia with liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome who were admitted to Wanping Community Health Service Center of Fengtai District of Beijing were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Xiaoyao Pill combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score and treatment effect in the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of TCM symptoms of upset and irritability,fatigue,dizziness and headache between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in sleep duration,falling asleep time,subjective sleep quality,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,daytime function,hypnotic drugs,and total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of each item and total scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The overall effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Pill combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in the treatment of insomnia with liver stagnation,spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome has significant effects,it can relieve clinical symptoms and improve sleep quality.
