黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗胃溃疡的效果观察

Effect Observation of Modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment ofGastric Ulcer

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗胃溃疡的效果。方法:选取2021年1—12月太仓市中医医院收治的80例胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪建中汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果、中医证候积分、炎性指标、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。治疗后,观察组胃痛、泛酸、纳差、上腹胀积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗后,观察组血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。治疗后,观察组活力状况、生理职能、情感职能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤加减联合西药治疗胃溃疡的效果显著,可改善患者临床症状,减轻炎性反应,提高其生活质量,且不良反应少,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect of modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gastric ulcer who were admitted to Taicang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction on the basis of control group.The treatment effect,TCM syndrome score,inflammatory index,quality of life,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003).After treatment,the scores of gastric pain,acid regurgitation,poor appetite and upper abdominal distension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).After treatment,serum tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and Creactive protein levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.000).After treatment,the scores of vitality,physiological function,emotional function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of gastric ulcer,the combined treatment of modified Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction with western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms,ameliorate inflammatory reaction,and increase the quality of life,with few adverse reactions and high safety.
