补阳还五汤联合肢体康复在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果观察

Application Effect Observation of Buyang Huanwu Decoction Combined with Limb Rehabilitation in Cerebral Infarction Patients at Convalescent Stage

目的:探讨补阳还五汤联合肢体康复在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月—2021年2月羊坊店社区卫生服务中心收治的70例气虚血瘀证脑梗死恢复期患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。对照组给予偏瘫肢体功能康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤加减治疗。比较两组神经系统功能受损程度(NIHSS)评分、生活质量评定量表(SF-12)评分、日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)评分,血脂指标,D-二聚体(D-D)水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组NIHSS、SF-12、ADL评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组TC、LDL-C以及D-D水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TG、HDL-C水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论:补阳还五汤联合肢体康复在脑梗死恢复期患者中的应用效果较好,可改善患者血脂水平及神经缺损情况,提高其生活自理能力及生活质量,且无明显不良反应。

Objective:To explore the application effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with limb rehabilitation in cerebral infarction patients at convalescent stage.Methods:A total of 70 patients with cerebral infarction of syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency at convalescent stage who were admitted to Yangfangdian Community Health Service Center from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given functional rehabilitation training at the hemiplegia limb.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with modified Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The degree of neurological impairment(NIHSS)score,quality of life rating scale(SF-12)score,activities of daily living scale(ADL)score,blood lipid index,D-dimer(D-D)level,and occurrence of adverse reactions in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS,SF-12 and ADL scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,HDL-C and D-D in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).No patients in two groups developed serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with limb rehabilitation has good application effect in cerebral infarction patients at convalescent stage.It can improve the patient's blood lipid level and neurologic defects,improve their self-care ability and quality of life,without obvious adverse reactions.
