品管圈在住院且接受雾化吸入治疗的学龄前患儿中的应用价值

Application Value of Quality Control Circle in Hospitalized Preschool Children Undergoing Atomization Inhalation

目的:探讨品管圈在住院且接受雾化吸入治疗的学龄前患儿中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年8月—2022年4月广州医科大学附属第二医院收治的78例住院行雾化吸入治疗的患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成试验组与对照组,各39例。对照组开展常规干预,试验组开展品管圈,比较两组雾化吸入达标率、患儿家长护理满意度。结果:试验组雾化吸入达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。试验组患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025)。结论:品管圈在住院且接受雾化吸入治疗的学龄前患儿中的应用价值较高,能提高患儿雾化吸入达标率及患儿家长的满意度。

Objective:To explore the application value of quality control circle in the hospitalized preschool children receiving atomization inhalation treatment.Methods:A total of 78 hospitalized preschool children receiving atomization inhalation treatment in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.Control group implemented routine intervention,and experimental group implemented quality control circle.The qualification rate of atomization inhalation and the satisfaction rate of parents with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The qualification rate of atomization inhalation in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The satisfaction rate of parents with nursing in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025).Conclusion:The quality control circle in the hospitalized preschool children receiving atomization inhalation treatment has a high application value,it can increase the qualification rate of atomization inhalation and the satisfaction rate of parents with nursing.
