Influence of Preventive Nursing on Group Vaccination of College Students

目的:探讨预防性护理对高校学生群体疫苗接种的影响。方法:于2019年6月—2020年4月随机在某高校内选取100例预防接种的学生为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组采用预防性护理干预模式,比较两组接种成功率、传染病发生率、健康教育合格率。结果:观察组接种成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组传染病发生率低于对照组,防治效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高校学生疫苗接种过程中实施预防性护理,可提高疫苗接种成功率,降低传染病发生率,优化防治效果。

Objective:To explore the influence of preventive nursing on group vaccination of college students.Methods:From June 2019 to April 2020,100 students in a college were randomly selected for vaccination.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted the conventional nursing method,and the observation group adopted the preventive nursing intervention mode.The vaccination success rate,infectious disease incidence and health education pass rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The vaccination success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of infectious diseases in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the prevention and control effect was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of preventive nursing in the vaccination of college students can increase vaccination success rate,reduce the incidence of infectious disease and optimize the prevention and control effect.
