摘要
为实现天然橡胶的循环利用,提升体育器材橡胶材料的使用效率,本次研究通过山梨酸锌对天然橡胶实施改性处理,制备具有一定自修复功能的NR-ZDS纳米复合材料。并通过交联密度测试、力学性能测试和自修复性能测试等实验来探究该材料的物理性能,同时确定ZDS的合理用量。经实验研究发现,当ZDS为30份时,NR-ZDS纳米复合材料的各项物理性能指标最为理想。
In order to recycle natural rubber and improve the use efficiency of rubber materials for sports equipment, this study modified natural rubber with zinc sorbate to prepare NR-ZDS nanocomposites with certain self-repairing functions. The physical properties of such this material are explored through cross-linking density tests, mechanical and self-repairing properties tests, and the reasonable amount of ZDS is thus determined.Research results show that when ZDS is 30 phr, the physical properties of NR-ZDS nanocomposites are the most satisfactory.
