摘要
将再生聚氯乙烯(PVC)作为建筑模板基础材料,将含水率在1%以下的剑麻织物掺入其中,制备出建筑模板,可有效提高建筑的质量,并降低建筑的生产成本。本文讨论了生产工艺和剑麻纤维含量与排布对聚氯乙烯建筑模板的影响。结论为模压温度185℃,模压压力8 MPa,模压时间15 min,剑麻纤维采用径向排布、含量在24%时,聚氯乙烯建筑模板力学性能最好。
Using recycled polyvinyl chloride(PVC) as the basic material of building formwork, the sisal fabric with water content below 1% is mixed into it to prepare building formwork, which can effectively improve the quality of buildings and reduce the production cost of buildings. This paper discusses the effect of production technology and sisal fiber content and arrangement on PVC building formwork. The results show that the mechanical properties of polyvinyl chloride building formwork are the best when the molding temperature is 185℃, the molding pressure is 8 MPa, the molding time is 15 min, the sisal fiber is distributed radial and the content is 24%.
