新时代中越边境固边睦邻建设的路径研究——基于靖西市龙邦镇的调查

进入二十一世纪以来,针对边疆地区的有效治理问题与振兴边境、富裕边民的目标,党和国家先后提出了兴边富民行动及脱贫攻坚战、乡村振兴等一系列措施,极大促进了边境地区各项事业的全面发展.在新时代背景下,面临严峻复杂的边疆问题,边疆治理需要打破原有的传统模式,从多元化、多视角路径实现边疆的有效治理.推进中越边境固边睦邻的建设,需坚持以政府为导、边民为主体的多元化角色,推动经济高质量发展、发挥文化介质作用,增强边民国家意识,从而促进边疆和谐稳定与边民共同富裕.

Since the beginning of the 2lst century,in view of the effective governance of the border areas and the goal of revitalizing the border and enriching the border people,the Party and the country have successively put forward a series of measures such as the action of revitalizing the border and enriching the people,the fight against poverty,and rural revitalization,which have greatly promoted the comprehensive development of various undertakings in the border areas.To promote the construction of border consolidation and good-neighborliness between China and Vietnam,we need to adhere to the diversified role of the government as the guide and the border people as the main body,promote high-quality economic development,play the role of cultural media,and enhance the national awareness of the border people,so as to promote the harmony and stability of the border and the common prosperity of the border people.
