Van Wyk-Grumbach综合征1例病例报告并文献复习

A case report of Van Wyk-Grumbach syndrome and literature review

回顾性分析2022年本院儿科收治的1例VanWyk-Grumbach综合征患儿的临床资料。患儿女性、13岁,以身材矮小、乳腺增大、智力落后为主要临床表现,血促甲状腺激素(TSH)增高、游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)降低、游离甲状腺素(FT4)降低、泌乳素水平增高、卵巢囊肿、垂体腺瘤,骨龄明显落后,贫血、血脂水平增高,诊断为Van Wyk-Grumbach综合征。

The clinical data of a child suffered from Van Wyk-Grumbach syndrome(VWGS)who visited pediatrics department of Yijishan hospital of the first affiliated hospital of Wannan Medical College in 2022 was retrospectively analyzed.The patient was a 13 year old girl,her main clinical manifestations included short stature(well below-2 standard deviations),mammary enlargement,and mental retardation.The results of laboratory testing indicated that the level of thyrotropin(TSH)was increased and the level of triiothyine(FT3)and free thyroxine(FT4)was decreased;prolactin levels were significantly elevated;She had ovarian cyst,pituitary adenoma,bone age was delayed,anemia;and her blood lipids were increased.Therefore,she was diagnosed as Van Wyk Grumbach syndrome.
