阴道助产虚拟仿真实验教学的应用研究

Preliminary application of Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching in vaginal midwifery

目的开发阴道助产虚拟仿真教学项目,探索妇产科学实践教学模式改革,不断提升学科教学质量。方法选择2020—2021年在本院妇产科实习的2016级、2017级五年制临床专业本科生作为研究对象,将其分为实验组(2017级实习医生,54名)和对照组(2016级实习医生,61名)两组。实验组实习生采用阴道助产虚拟仿真教学,对照组实习生采用传统实践教学。比较两组实习生阴道助产实践操作考核成绩和实验组实习生对阴道助产虚拟仿真教学的评价。结果实验组学生阴道助产实践操作考核的自主学习能力、理论知识掌握程度、实践操作能力和临床思维能力优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查结果表明:在阴道助产实践培训中采用虚拟仿真实验教学取得绝大多数学生的肯定。结论阴道助产虚拟仿真教学项目具有较高实用性和安全性,能显著提升医学生的阴道助产操作技能和学习兴趣,并能提高学生的临床思维能力。

Objective To design a teaching project of virtual simulation for vaginal midwifery,and to explore the reform of obstetrics and gynecology practice teaching model,finally constantly improve the quality of subject teaching.Methods Five-year clinical undergraduates of grade 2016 and grade 2017 who practiced in obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into experimental group(grade 2017 intern doctors)and control group(grade 2016 intern doctors),with 54 in the experimental group and 61 in the control group.The experimental group received virtual simulation teaching of vaginal midwifery,while the control group received traditional practice teaching.The results of vaginal midwifery practice between the two groups and the evaluation of virtual simulation teaching of vaginal midwifery by the experimental group were compared.Results Students in the experimental group had better self-learning ability,mastery of theoretical knowledge,practical operation ability and clinical thinking ability than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire showed that the virtual simulation experiment teaching in the practice training of vaginal midwifery has been approved by the vast majority of students.Conclusions The virtual simulation experiment teaching project has high practicability and safety.It could significantly improve vaginal midwifery operation skills and learning interest among medical students,and improve clinical thinking ability of students.
