摘要
目前,氩气主要通过空气深冷分离的方法获得,大型深冷空分装置是否配备氩系统,关系到装置的投资和能耗。对于新建装置来说,是否配置氩系统要针对装置所在地区氩气市场情况,结合装置投资和能耗水平等综合分析后,选择适用于该项目的配置方案,这样才能充分发挥一套空分装置的作用,进而优化工厂的产品结构,获得最佳效益。
At present, argon is mainly obtained by air cryogenic separation. Whether the large cryogenic air separation plant is equipped with an argon system or not is related to the investment and energy consumption of the device. For new plants, argon system should be decided according to the argon market, investment and energy consumption in the area where the plant is located. Choose the best option for the project to mobilize the potential of the equipment, and then optimize the product structure to obtain the best benefits for the factory.
