摘要
心血管疾病目前是世界上死亡率最高的一类疾病,包括急慢性心力衰竭、心律失常、高血压、冠心病等,虽然现有的治疗方法已经较为完善和先进,但心血管疾病患者的再入院率和死亡率依旧居高不下,加重了我国医疗行业的负担,降低了人民生活的质量。随着医疗技术的进步,人们对心血管疾病的认识逐渐加深,迫切需要找出新的更有效的治疗策略。最近越来越多的研究证据表明,肠道菌群与心血管疾病的关系极其紧密,尤其是肠道菌群的相关代谢产物三甲胺N-氧化物(TMAO)尤为突出,本文就TMAO与心血管疾病的研究进展进行概述并探讨相应的预防及治疗策略。
Cardiovascular disease is a kind of disease with the highest mortality all around the word,including including acute or chronic heart failure,arrhythmia,hypertension,coronary heart disease,etc.Although the existing treatments are relatively perfect and advanced,but the readmission rate and mortality of patients with cardiovascular diseases is still large,which increase the burden of the medical industry in our country,and decrease the quality of people's life.With the progress of medical technology,people's understanding of cardiovascular diseases is gradually deepened,and there is an urgent need to find out new and more effective treatment strategies.Recently,more and more research evidence has shown that gut microbiota is extremely closely related to cardiovascular diseases,especially trimethylamine N-oxide(TMAO),a metabolite related to gut microbiota.This article summarizes the research progress of TMAO and cardiovascular diseases and discusses the corresponding prevention and treatment strategies.
