基于SOLO分类理论提升护生思维水平教学路径研究

摘要 目的信息时代教育变革下,以护生思维水平特点为切入点,基于SOLO分类理论为导向设计《基础护理学》在线教学路径,并加以实践教学以检验其指导有效性。方法选择本院2020级全国统招护理学专业本科5班、6班学生作为研究对象,按两班教学前思维水平无明显差异将其分为实验组(5班)和对照组(6班)两组,每组各58人。实验组(20级护理5班)以基于SOLO分类理论构建的教学路径进行的在线教学实践;对照组(20级护理6班)以常规的教学设计和形成性评价进行在线教学。比较两组学生期末考核成绩、教学后测试题及思维水平判断、前后测试的思维水平的对比图比较。结果实验组学生期末成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后进行思维水平测试,实验组学生的思维水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组学生的前、后思维水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组学生对比图显示思维水平均值呈现较大幅度提升,且高层级思维水平增多较明显;对照组学生对比图没有明显的幅度变化。结论以SOLO分类理论为导向的在线教学有效地激发学生的学习积极性,提高学生的高层次思维水平,实现护生深度学习的发生。该理论在信息时代教育的在线教学改革下提升护生思维水平具有一定的启发价值,值得深入学习。 Objective Under the back ground of educational reform in the information age,with the characteristics of nursing students'thinking level as the entry point,the online teaching path of“Basic Nursing”was designed based on the SOLO classification theory,and then carried out practical teaching to test the effectiveness of its guidance.Methods The students from Class 5 and Class 6 of nursing major those were recruited from nationwide in 2020 were selected as the research object.Because there was no significant difference in thinking level before teaching,the students were divided into experimental group(Class 5)and control group(Class 6),with 58 students in each group.The experimental group(nursing Class 5 of Grade 2020)conducted online teaching practice with the teaching path constructed based on the classification theory of SOLO.The control group(nursing Class 6 of Grade 2020)was taught online with conventional instructional design and formative evaluation.The results of final examination,post-teaching test questions,thinking level judgment,and thinking level before and after tests were compared between the two groups of students.Results The final evaluation result of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After the experiment teaching,the thinking level of the experimental group students was significantly different(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the pre-thinking and post-thinking level of the control group(P>0.05).The comparison chart showed that the average thinking level is significantly improved in observation group,and the high-level thinking level was significantly increased.There was no significant amplitude change in the comparison chart of control group.Conclusions The teaching and evaluation of“basic nursing”guided by SOLO classification theory can effectively stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,improve students'high-level thinking level,and achieve the occurrence of deep learning of nursing students.This theory has certain enlightening value to the online teaching reform of education in the information age and is worth studying deeply.
