摘要
为强化液体火箭发动机研制生产过程控制,提升产品质量的一致性和稳定性,提出了以产品实现过程依据性文件精细、量化水平提升为核心,以建立生产基线和试验基线为固化手段的产品保证精细化落地方法。基于航天产品精细量化管控实践成果,该方法明确了产品保证精细化落地的工作要素、工作程序及队伍职责,并经应用取得实效。
In order to strengthen the control of the development and production process of liquid rocket engines,and improve the consistency and stability of product quality,a product assurance refined landing method is proposed,with the core of the improvement refinement level and the quantitative level of documents of the product realization process,with the establishment of production baseline and the test baseline as the curing means.Based on the practical results of fine quantitative control of aerospace products,this method defines the work elements,work procedures and team responsibilities,and has achieved practical results through applications.
