摘要
从各型航天器太阳翼产品入手,应用精益质量管理理念和系统管理思维,结合宇航单机产品研制、生产、检验、检测、试验全流程特点,从技术和管理两个维度,提出了质量问题归零工作方法优化的解决思路,形成了适用于单机产品质量问题快速归零的工作流程和工作机制,通过事前的预防管理和自我完善,实现质量管理从精细向精益的提升。同时,通过知识管理和大数据应用,总结形成组织级资产,为组织的技术能力提升和持续改进提供了有力保障。
With various types of solar array products of spacecraft,and using lean quality management concept and system management thinking,combined with characteristics of solar array designing,production,inspection and testing,refining and optimizing the process and method of close loop mode of quality problems from technology and management dimensions,this paper proposesand formed the work flow and working mechanism for fast close loop mode of spacecraft products'quality problems.At the same time,through the applications of knowledge management and big data,it summarizes and forms organizational level assets.It provides a strong guarantee for the organization's technical ability improvement and continuous improvement,and also provides a solution to other similar products.
