浅谈中职汽修专业德教融合校企合作人才培养模式 被引量:4

摘要 目前中国汽车产业正快速发展,特别是新能源汽车,在国际上处于第一梯队。而随着汽车行业的迅猛发展,汽修行业用人需求量不断增加,中职汽修教育前景光明,特别是高级汽修工尤为紧缺。招聘信息显示维修店招聘时都是明确要求招聘哪种类型的技工或师傅,而且十分注重应聘者的个人品质和对汽修行业的热爱程度。由此对照目前的人才培育模式及人才培养方案的制定,发现中职汽修教育存在培养目标不明确、学生综合素养有待提高等问题。汽车维修是一个要求非常高的技能型和实践型的职业,由于牵涉到生命安全,所以对于学生的职业素养有较高的要求。因此德教融合,开展校企合作,校企共育,成为专业发展迫切要求。 At present,China's automobile industry is developing rapidly,especially new energy vehicles,which are in the fi rst echelon in the world.With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the demand for employees in the auto repair industry is increasing,and the prospects of secondary vocational auto repair education are bright,especially for senior auto mechanics.The job information shows that the repair shop recruitment is clearly required to recruit specifi c type of technician or master,and pays great attention to the candidate's personal qualities and love for the auto repair industry.Therefore,compared with the current talent cultivation mode and the formulation of talent training plan,it is found that there are problems such as unclear training goals and students'comprehensive literacy to be improved.Car maintenance is a very demanding skilled and practical profession,due to the life safety involved,so there are high requirements for students'professional quality.Therefore,the integration of moral education,school-enterprise cooperation,and school-enterprise co-education have become urgent requirements for professional development.
