摘要
本文属于汽车制造技术领域,基于在样车试制柔性制造技术装备的开发及应用。通过举证一批样车试制的自动化柔性制造装备、自动化柔性测量装备、柔性工装夹具装备、柔性吊运装备等的开发工作经验,分析在样车试制的工艺、方法、工装、工具、运输及自动化等方面如何进行柔性制造技术装备的开发研究,构建一整套完全自主开发的高精度、标准化、模块化、柔性化、智能化的新产品样车柔性制造技术装备体系,帮助车企缩短新产品汽车研发周期,提升汽车样车试制的制造品质。
This paper belongs to the fi eld of automobile manufacturing technology,based on the development and application of fl exible manufacturing technology equipment in the trial production of sample vehicles.Through the demonstration of a batch of sample vehicle trial production of automatic fl exible manufacturing equipment,automatic fl exible measuring equipment,fl exible fi xture equipment,fl exible lifting equipment and other development work experience,analysis in the sample vehicle trial production process,methods,tooling,tools,transportation and automation and other aspects of the development of fl exible manufacturing technology equipment.A complete set of high-precision,standardized,modular,fl exible and intelligent fl exible manufacturing technology and equipment system for new product sample vehicles has been built independently to help automobile enterprises shorten the research and development cycle of new products and improve the manufacturing quality of trial production of automobile sample vehicles.
