摘要
介绍了轴线模块全挂车3点或4点支撑各支撑分组合成支撑点位置的确定方法。通过计算分析证明了只要大件重心投影与轴线模块全挂车货台形心重合,不受3点支撑分组悬挂配置选择的影响均能保证全挂车各悬挂均匀受力。通过算例介绍了加入连接平台组成的前后非对称轴线模块加长全挂车大件装载位置的确定方法。
The determination method of the position of the composite support point of each support group of 3 or 4 points of the axis module full trailer is introduced.Through calculation and analysis,it is proved that as long as the projection of the center of gravity of the large piece coincides with the center of gravity of the cargo platform of the axis module,it is not aff ected by the selection of the suspension confi guration of the 3-point support group,and the uniform force of each suspension of the full trailer can be guaranteed.Through the example,the method of determining the loading position of the large piece of the extended full-trailer with the front and rear asymmetric axis module composed of the connecting platform is introduced.
