基于零部件的CAN网络测试研究

Research on Component-based CAN Network Testing

随着汽车电气化、智能化、网联化程度的提高,整车电器架构越来越复杂,对车载CAN网络的可靠性、稳定性都提出了更高的要求,CAN网络测试在车型开发中扮演的角色也越来越重要。本文基于单零部件的CAN网络测试,对采用J1939协议的商用车24V电器零部件CAN网络主要测试内容及测试方法深入讨论,并对CAN网络测试的未来发展趋势作简单分析,以供参考。

With the improvement of vehicle electrifi cation,intelligence and networking,the electrical architecture of the whole vehicle is becoming more and more complex,which puts forward higher requirements for the reliability and stability of the on-board CAN network,and the role of CAN network testing in model development is becoming more and more important.Based on the CAN network test of single components,this paper discusses the main test content and test methods of CAN network for 24V electrical parts of commercial vehicles using J1939 protocol,and briefl y analyzes the future development trend of CAN network testing for reference.
