广东省建筑设计研究院有限公司于2020年5月30日完成事转企工作,正式开启混合所有制改革。在一年多的进程中克服重重困难,先后完成清产核资专项审计、资产评估、员工持股、引入战投等重点工作,转制成为国有控股的混合所有制企业,并同步探索现代法人治理体系,积累了具有鲜明“省建院特色”的改革经验。

Guangdong Architectural Design and Research Institute Co.,Ltd completed its transformation from an institute to an enterprise on May 30,2020,and officially launched its mixed ownership reform.During the period of more than one year,we overcame many difficulties,and successively completed key tasks including the special auditing of assets and capital verification,asset evaluation,employee stock ownership and introduction of strategic investment.We have transformed into a state-holding mixed ownership enterprise,and in the meantime explored the modern corporate governance system,and accumulated the reform experience with the distinctive"characteristics of provincial architectural institutes".
