摘要
基于AGV技术的板材智能运输系统,实现鞍钢股份鲮鱼圈钢铁分公司板材实验室检测试样的自动搬运(包括上料、下料、排料等)、智能管理。在各个生产工序中能够高效、准确、灵活地完成物料的搬运任务,并且可由多台AGV组成柔性的物流搬运系统,实现任务的最优分配、路径的最优规划、障碍识别智能避让、多机器人协同工作,互相合作,实现物料运输管理智能化。
The intelligent sheet material transportation system based on AGV technology has realized the automatic handling(including loading,unloading,material discharging,etc.)and intelligent management of testing specimens in the sheet material laboratory of Angang Steel Company Limited Bayuquan Branch Office.The system can complete the material handling tasks efficiently,accurately and flexibly in each production process,and can be made into a flexible logistics handling system via multiple AGVs to achieve intelligent management of material transportation.For instance,optimal assignment of tasks,optimal planning of paths,identification and intelligent avoidance of obstacles,multi-robot collaboration,and mutual cooperation.
