摘要
以“中国制造2025”为指导,围绕“数字化、网络化、绿色化”智能制造发展战略,以钢铁产业链价值提升为主线,合理运用新一代自动化、信息化及智能化技术及装备,推动由“钢铁制造”向“钢铁智造”的高质量发展,产生了以状态为依据的预测性维护策略,预测性维护集设备状态监测、故障诊断、故障(状态)预测、维修决策支持和维修活动于一体,是一种新兴的维修方式。
Under the guidance of"Made in China 2025"and the development strategy of"digital,networked and green"intelligent manufacturing,and with the value enhancement of the iron and steel industry chain as the main line,new-generation automatic,information-based and intelligent technology and equipment have been properly applied to promote high quality transformation from"iron&steel manufacturing"to"iron&steel intelligent manufacturing",and a state-based predictive maintenance strategy has been developed.The new maintenance method integrates equipment state monitoring,fault diagnosis,fault(status)prediction,maintenance decision support,and maintenance activities.
