主动辨识预警式智能安全帽的设计

摘要 智能安全帽除了具备安全帽的基本功能外,内部主要集成了主控模块(芯片),无线广播接收模块,音频处理模块,送话模块,电源模块,智能电子识别模块等,通过自动触发和点播的方式,实现自动接收施工生产现场危险源辨识预警等安全信息。佩戴这种安全帽施工生产人员进入场地后能进行二次危险辨识及新增动态危险源的实时辨识,该方案易于与万物做成集成产品,可以与授权的手机形成互联(通过开发APP),提高了施工生产危险辨识的效率,使辨识更具针对性和及时性,可以有效地帮助施工生产企业降低安全事故的发生概率。 In addition to the basic functions of a helmet,the smart helmet is also an integration of main control module(chip),wireless broadcast receiving module,audio processing module,microphone transmitter module,power supply module,intelligent electronic identification module,etc.It can automatically receive safety information such as identification and early warning of hazard sources at construction and production sites via automatic triggering and video-on-demand.Wearing such helmets,construction and production personnel can carry out secondary hazard identification and real-time identification of new dynamic hazard sources after entering the construction and production sites.This program is easy to integrate with everything and can be interconnected with authorized cell phones(through the development of APPs)to improve the efficiency of construction and production hazard identification in a more targeted and timely manner,effectively helping construction and production enterprises to reduce the probability of safety accidents.
