数字金融与农户贫困脆弱性——基于CHFS数据的研究

Digital Finance and Poverty Vulnerability of Farmers——Based on CHFS Data

在后扶贫时代,降低农户贫困脆弱性对于巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、防止返贫至关重要。文章基于2017年中国家庭金融调查(CHFS)微观数据,运用Tobit回归模型和工具变量法探讨了数字金融对农户贫困脆弱性的影响,以及金融素养在其中发挥的调节作用。研究发现:数字金融能够有效降低农户贫困脆弱性,且稳健性检验结果证实了这一结论的可靠性;金融素养的提高有助于强化数字金融对农户贫困脆弱性的降低作用。此外,异质性分析表明,数字金融对低收入、高受教育程度以及西部地区农户贫困脆弱性的降低作用更大。文章的研究结论能对我国巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果和推进数字金融发展提供重要参考。

In the post-poverty alleviation era,reducing farmers'poverty vulnerability is essential to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and prevent re-impoverishment.Based on the micro data of China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)in 2017,this paper,applying Tobit Regression Model and Instrumental Variable Method,explored the impact of digital finance on the poverty vulnerability of farmers and the moderating role financial literacy played in it.The results showed that digital finance can effectively reduce the poverty vulnerability of farmers,which is confirmed by the robustness test results.The improvement of financial literacy will help strengthen the role of digital finance in reducing the vulnerability.In addition,the heterogeneity analyses reveal that digital finance plays a greater role in reducing the vulnerability of low-income,highly educated and western farmers.This research is referential for China to consolidate and expand the achievements in poverty alleviation and promote the development of digital finance.
