山东省卫生资源配置与经济发展关联性分析

Correlation analysis of health resource allocation and economic development in Shandong province

目的:基于山东省卫生资源配置现状,探索卫生资源配置水平与经济发展水平之间的相互作用关系,促进二者协调发展。方法:构建山东省卫生资源配置发展水平和经济发展水平评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度模型和灰色关联分析法,对山东省卫生资源配置与经济发展的耦合协调度和关联度进行预测分析。结果:(1)从宏观看,2015-2020年山东省卫生资源配置水平综合评价指数呈先上升后下降趋势,经济发展水平综合评价指数呈上升趋势,两者之间的耦合协调度先增高,在2019年达到最高,2020年呈下降趋势。(2)从微观看,山东省卫生资源配置水平与经济发展水平的关联度较高,其中卫生技术人员数与经济发展水平的关联度最大,为0.9551;人均GDP、地区生产总值、城乡居民可支配收入与卫生资源配置水平的关联度基本相同,维持在0.57左右。结论:加强政府统筹功能,提高卫生资源配置效率;强化卫生人才建设,促进经济高质量发展;调整卫生资源投入结构,发挥协调发展效应,实现山东省卫生资源配置与经济良好协调发展局面。

Objective:To explore the interaction between the level of health resources allocation and the level of economic development based on the current situation of health resources allocation in Shandong Province,so as to promote their coordinated development.Methods:The evaluation index system of health resource allocation development level and economic development level in Shandong Province was constructed,and the coupling coordination degree model and gray correlation analysis method were used to predict and analyze the coupling coordination degree and correlation degree between health resource allocation and economic development in Shandong Province.Results:(1)From the macro perspective,the comprehensive evaluation index of health resource allocation level in Shandong Province increased first and then decreased from 2015 to 2020,and the comprehensive evaluation index of economic development level showed an upward trend.The coupling coordination degree between the two increased first reached the highest in 2019 and showed a downward trend in 2020.(2)From the micro perspective,the correlation between the allocation of health resources and the level of economic development in Shandong Province is high,and the correlation between the number of health technicians and the level of economic development is the largest,which is 0.9551.The correlation between per capita GDP,regional GDP,urban and rural residents'disposable income,and the level of health resource allocation is basically the same,maintaining at about 0.57.Conclusion:The function of government pooling should be strengthened to improve the efficiency of health resource allocation.Strengthen the construction of health personnel to promote high-quality economic development;To adjust the input structure of health resources,give full play to the effect of coordinated development,and achieve a well-coordinated development of health resources allocation and economy in our province.
