摘要
目的:在现代医院管理制度基础上,分析山东省公立医院院长职业化的现状和发展中存在的问题,并探索实现路径。方法:采用问卷调查法,对全省133位省属公立医院院长进行调查,了解其人员基本信息、专业背景及对院长职业化的认识。结果:院长职业化的趋势较为明显,但职业发展路径并不明确,其实施需要一系列配套措施。结论:在现代医院管理制度基础上,提出符合中国特色的公立医院院长职业化发展优势路径。
Objective:Based on the modern hospital management system,this paper analyzed the status and problems for the directors'professionalization of public hospitals in Shandong Province,and explored the realization path.Methods:Using the questionnaire survey method,133 directors of provincial public hospitals were investigated to understand their basic information,professional background,and the understanding of professionalism.Results:The trend of hospital directors'professionalization was more obvious,but the career development path was not clear,and its implementation required a series of supporting measures.Conclusion:Based on the modern hospital management system,it was necessary to propose an advantageous path for the professional development of public hospital directors that conformed to Chinese characteristics.
