保护传承弘扬黄河治理文化的若干思考

Thoughts on the protection,inheritance and promotion of the Yellow River management culture

贯彻黄河保护法,推动流域生态保护和高质量发展,关键在于协调人与自然的关系,这与黄河文化“天人合一”理念一致。黄河治理文化,不仅给黄河保护治理以启迪,还能发挥不可替代的作用。保护传承弘扬黄河治理文化,尚存在遗产家底不清、部分遗产面临消亡、基础研究不足、一些河工技术面临失传等问题。进入新时代,黄河治理文献整理方面做了大量工作,还需要加大黄河治理文化内涵研究、遗产资源普查及制度建设、文物征集复制及典籍整理、利用数字技术加大保护传承等。

The key for the implementation of the Yellow River Protection Law and advancement of ecological protection and high-quality development is to coordinate relationship between man and nature,which is consistent with the concept of“harmony between man and nature”embodied in the culture of managing the Yellow River.The culture has played an irreplaceable role and inspire us to protect and harness the Yellow River.However,issues such as lacking of inventory of heritage and basic studies and research,loss of heritage and technologies of river engineering are existed.Entering into the new era,we need to conduct research on cultural connotation,general survey of heritage resources and establish institutional system,collect and reproduce cultural relics,collate ancient books and adopt digital technology so as to make more efforts for culture protection and inheritance.
