免疫检查点抑制剂相关皮肤不良反应的研究进展

Research progress of skin adverse reactions related to immune checkpoint inhibitors

免疫检查点抑制剂(ICIs)是一组单克隆抗体,其可通过抑制肿瘤细胞免疫检查点的活性来激活机体对肿瘤的免疫应答,从而发挥抗肿瘤作用。ICIs治疗肿瘤的效果显著,但其会打破免疫平衡,使机体产生一系列的免疫相关不良反应(irAEs)。其中皮肤不良反应十分常见。因此,皮肤科医生需要提高对相关皮肤不良反应的关注,做到及时诊治,以改善肿瘤患者的生存质量和预后。本文对目前ICIs相关皮肤不良反应的研究进展进行综述。

Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)are a group of monoclonal antibodies,which can activate the immune response to tumor by inhibiting the activity of tumor cell immune checkpoint,so as to play an antitumor role.ICIs is effective in the treatment of tumor,but it will break the immune balance and cause a series of immune-related adverse reactions(irAEs).Among them,skin adverse reaction is very common.Therefore,dermatologists need to pay more attention to related adverse skin reactions and make timely diagnosis and treatment to improve the quality of life and prognosis of tumor patients.This article reviews the current research progress of ICIS-related adverse reactions in skin.
