Effect of 308 nm single frequency excimer laser irradiation on plaque pso riasis and PASI score

目的:探讨308 nm单频准分子激光照射治疗斑块型银屑病的疗效及对患者PASI评分的影响。方法:选取核工业四一七医院2021年1月至2022年5月收治的80例斑块型银屑病患者,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组40例患者使用0.1%他克莫司软膏涂抹患处,观察组40例患者在对照组基础上进行308 nm单频准分子激光照射治疗。对比两组的临床疗效和临床症状减轻情况。结果:观察组的治疗总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组(75.00%),P<0.05。治疗后,观察组的银屑病皮损面积及严重程度指数(PASI)评分、Th17细胞水平均低于对照组,Treg细胞水平高于对照组,P<0.05。两组的不良反应发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:308 nm单频准分子激光治疗斑块型银屑病可取得较好的效果,能够明显缓解患者的皮损症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of 308 nm single frequency excimer laser irradiation on plaque psoriasis and its effect on PASI score.Methods:80 patients with plaque psoriasis admitted to the 417 Hospital of Nuclear Industry from January 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.40 patients in the control group were treated with 0.1%tacrolimus ointment,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with 308 nm singlefrequency excimer laser irradiation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and relief of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of control group(75.00%),P<0.05.After treatment,the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score and Th17 cell level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and Treg cell level was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Compared with the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions was P>0.05.Conclusion:308 nm single frequency excimer laser can achieve good results in the treatment of plaque psoriasis,and can significantly relieve th e symptoms of skin lesions.
