李东垣清暑益气汤治疗春夏疲劳症45例的效果分析

Effect analysis of Li Dongyuan Qingshuyiqi Decoction on 45 cases of sprin g and summer fatigue

目的:探讨春夏疲劳症患者采用李东垣清暑益气汤治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2017年3月至2022年5月镇江市中西医结合医院收诊治疗的春夏疲劳症患者90例作为研究对象,以就诊时间的差异分为对照组(就诊时间2017年3月至2019年12月,45例)与观察组(就诊时间2020年1月至2022年5月,45例)。对照组采用补中益气丸治疗,观察组采用李东垣清暑益气汤治疗。比较两组的治疗效果以及治疗后中医证候积分和生活质量的改善情况。结果:观察组的临床总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的困倦思睡、头晕头重、口干口苦、胃纳欠佳积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)中的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床采用李东垣清暑益气汤治疗春夏疲劳症具有良好的疗效,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,提倡运用推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Li Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi Decoction on patients with spring and summer fatigue.Method:A total of 90 patients with spring and summer fatigue admitted and treated in Zhenjiang Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2017 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(45 cases from March 2017 to December 2019)and observation group(45 cases from January 2020 to May 2022)according to the difference in the treatment time.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Wan,and the observation group was treated with Li Dongyuan Qingshu Yiqi Decoction.The therapeutic effect and the improvement of TCM syndrome score and quality of life after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of drowsiness,sleepiness,dizziness,head weight,dry mouth,bitter mouth and poor stomach in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical function,psychological function,social function and material life in GQOL-74 were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical application of Li Dongyuan Qingshuyiqi Decoction in the treatment of spring and summer fatigue has a good effect,can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve their quality of life,and promote the application.
