以朱熹为例看儒学教育者的主体自觉及其现代启示 被引量:1

The Subjective Consciousness of Confucian Educators and Its Modern Enlightenment——Take Zhu Xi's Thought as an Example

摘要 朱熹作为推动儒学发展与理学勃兴、“综罗百代”的杰出师表,抱着“以斯道觉斯民”的文化自觉、理论自觉和道德自觉,致力实现儒学教育传播大众化、教育思想体系化和教育实践生活化,奠定了中华民族深厚的文明根柢、精神血脉和道德基因,树立了教育者“为人师表”张扬主体自觉的标杆和榜样。当前,我国思想政治教育面临着前所未有的考验、机遇和挑战,思想政治教育工作者应自觉弘扬儒学等优秀传统文化,从朱熹为人师表的实践典范中学习借鉴成功经验并汲取智慧与力量,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为行动指南,实现儒学传统理想人格和家国情怀使命担当的现代转化,立心铸魂、固本培元、正身明范、知行合一,用清醒坚定的主体自觉全面提升教育者的文化内涵和精神高度,充分发挥教师在思想政治教育活动中的核心关键主导作用,建设可信可敬可靠、乐为敢为有为的思想政治教育工作队伍。 As an outstanding master who promoted the development of Confucianism and the prosperity of Neo Confucianism,Zhu Xi held the cultural,theoretical and moral consciousness of"awakening the people with morality"to realize the popularization of Confucian education,the systematization of educational thought and the practice of education,which laid a deep foundation for the profound civilization,spiritual blood and moral gene of the Chinese nation,and set up an example for educators to"be a model of others"and to publicize the subjective self-consciousness.At present,the ideological and political education is facing hitherto unknown challenges,opportunities and tests in china.Educators should carry forward the excellent traditional culture such as Confucianism,learn from the successful experience of Zhu Xi's exemplary practice models,and draw wisdom and strength from him,then take Xi Jinping's new socialist thought as the guide to realize the ideal personality and national identity of Confucianism.Building up a credible,respectable and reliable team of teachers who are willing to cast their soul,strengthen their foundation and cultivate their strength.With a clear and firm subject consciousness,these educators should comprehensively enhance the cultural connotation and spiritual height,play a core role in ideological and political education activities,and create a credible,respectable and reliable team who are willing to be brave and promising.
