益胃方治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡临床研究

Clinical efficacy of Yiwei Formula for peptic ulcer of spleen-stomach deficiency cold

目的观察益胃方治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将60例脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡按照随机数字表法分为2组,治疗组30例予益胃方治疗,对照组30例予奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗,2组均治疗8周。比较2组中医疗效、溃疡愈合疗效;比较2组治疗前后中医症状积分变化。结果2组均脱落1例。治疗组中医总有效率86.21%(25/29),对照组中医总有效率72.41%(21/29),治疗组中医疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组溃疡愈合总有效率82.76%(24/29),对照组溃疡愈合总有效率86.21%(25/29),2组溃疡愈合疗效相当(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后中医症状各项评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后胃脘疼痛、泛酸、嗳气、口吐清涎、食欲减退评分及总评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组中医症状各项评分及总评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益胃方治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡,能促进溃疡愈合,改善中医症状,疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiwei Formula for peptic ulcer(PU)of spleen-stomach deficiency cold.Methods Totally 60 PU patients(spleen-stomach deficiency cold)were randomly assigned to the treatment group(n=30,1 case of shedding)and the control group(n=30,case of shedding),in which they were surgically treated with Yiwei Formula and omeprazole enteric-coated capsule,respectively.A 8-week treatment was performed to compare traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)curative effect,ulcer healing,TCM symptom score.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 86.21%(25/29)and 72.41%(21/29),respectively,the TCM curative effect being better in the treatment group than the control group(P<0.05).The ulcer healing rate in the treatment group was comparable to the control group(82.76%[24/29]vs 86.21%[25/29],[P>0.05],respectively).After treatment,TCM symptom scores and total scores in the treatment group were decreased(P<0.05),and which were lower than in the control group(P<0.05).TCM symptom(epigastric pain,pantothenic acid,belching,spit saliva,loss of appetite)and total scores in the control group were decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion For PU patients(spleen-stomach deficiency cold),Yiwei Formula can promote ulcer healing,improve TCM symptoms,and with definite curative effect.
