梅花针联合西药治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎临床观察

Clinical efficacy of plum-blossom needle combined with Western medicine for seborrheic dermatitis of scalp

目的观察梅花针联合西药治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将60例头皮脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予0.1%他克莫司软膏、2.5%二硫化硒洗剂治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加梅花针局部叩刺,2组均治疗2周。比较2组疗效;观察2组治疗前后症状评分变化;3个月后随访统计2组复发率。结果治疗组愈显率80.00%(24/30),对照组愈显率70.00%(21/30),2组疗效相当(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后斑丘疹、鳞屑、油脂、瘙痒评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组治疗后鳞屑、油脂、瘙痒评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后斑丘疹、瘙痒评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率12.50%(1/8),对照组复发率87.50%(7/8),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梅花针联合0.1%他克莫司软膏、2.5%二硫化硒洗剂治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎疗效好,能改善临床症状,复发率低。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of plum-blossom needle(PBN)combined with Western medicine for seborrheic dermatitis of scalp(SDS).Methods A total of 60 SDS patients were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).All patients were managed by Western medicine(0.1%tacrolimus ointment and 2.5%selenium sulfide lotion),and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with local PBN tapping.The treatment continued 2 weeks to compare the curative effect and the symptom score.A 3-month follow-up was performed to assess the recurrence rate.Results The overall effective rate in the treatment group was comparable to the control group(80.00%[24/30]vs 70.00%[21/30],[P<0.05],respectively).After treatment,the scores of maculopapular rash,squama,grease,pruritus in the treatment group were decreased(P<0.05),the scores of squama,grease,pruritus in the control group were decreased(P<0.05),the scores of maculopapular rash,pruritus were decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 12.50%(1/8)in the treatment group,lower than that of 87.50%(7/8)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For SDS patients,PBN combined with Western medicine has a good curative effect,which can improve clinical symptoms,and with low recurrence rate.
