立德树人视域下高校党建与思想政治教育协同创新研究

Research on Collaborative Innovation of Party Construction and Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Building Morality and Cultivating People

党建与思政教育工作之间紧密相连、相互促进的,两者相互协同能够更好地贯彻立德树人的教育理念,建构“党建+思政教育”的育人新格局,创造党建育人和思政育人的协同效果。但有些高校往往将思政教育工作和党建工作割裂开来,产生了党建和思政教育之间“两张皮”问题。为此,应当以立德树人为价值目标,建构党建和思政教育工作相互协同的理论体系、工作模式、工作机制、育人体系等,实现党建育人和思政育人的同频共振。

Party building and ideological and political education work are closely connected and promote each other.They cooperate with each other,which can better implement the educational concept of building morality and cultivating people,construct a new pattern of“Party building+ideological and political education”,and create the synergistic effect of Party building and ideological and political education.However,some colleges and universities often separate ideological and political education from Party construction,resulting in the problem of“two skins”between Party construction and ideological and political education.Therefore,we should take building morality and cultivating people as the value goal,construct the theoretical system,working mode,working mechanism and education system of mutual coordination between Party construction and ideological and political education,and realize the same frequency resonance between Party construction and ideological and political education.
