职业生涯规划指导的大学生思想政治教育创新研究

Research on the Innovation of College Students' Ideological and Political Education Guided by Career Planning

在价值多元化、社会信息化、经济全球化的交错发展以及教育改革事业的深入下,我国学生的就业观、人生观、世界观不断受到巨大的冲击和影响,这在某种层面上为我国思政教育工作的现代化发展提出了严峻的挑战和全新的发展要求。而将职业生涯规划指导与思政教育工作充分结合起来,对创新思政教育工作模式、体系及理念,提升思政教育工作的有效性,拥有鲜明的现实意义。对此本文结合职业生涯规划与思政教育的内在联系,探究职业生涯规划指导中思政教育的意蕴,提出了以职业生涯规划创新思政教育的渠道和思路,以期推动大学生快速、全面、健康地发展。

With the development of value diversification,social informatization,economic globalization and the deepening of educational reform,the employment outlook,outlook on life and world outlook of Chinese students have been greatly impacted and affected,which,to some extent,has put forward severe challenges and new development requirements for our ideological and political education's modernization development.The full combination of career planning guidance and ideological and political education is of distinct practical significance for innovating the mode system and concept of ideological and political education and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.In this regard,this paper explores the implication of ideological and political education in the guidance of career planning based on the internal connection between career planning and ideological and political education and puts forward the channels and ideas of innovative ideological and political education based on career planning in order to promote the rapid comprehensive and healthy development of college students.
