摘要
高校师范生是国家教师队伍的重要储备力量。高校对师范生的培养要针对师范生毕业后就业岗位的特殊性即教师岗位的特殊性——教师队伍是立德树人的“主力军”,培养师范生不仅习得丰富的专业知识和基本的教学技能,而且具有一定的课程思政能力,为师范生毕业后在教师岗位上能利用学科思政元素对学生进行思政教育打下基础。高校师范专业可通过思政课的显性思想政治教育和专业课的隐性思想政治教育,培育师范生政治思想素质及课程思政理念;在人才培养方案独立设置“课程思政”课程,帮助师范生掌握课程思政的构建策略、教学方法;指导师范生把握课程思政的基本特点;举办师范生课程思政教学竞赛,促进师范生对课程思政的知行合一。
Normal major students are a significant talent reserve of the national teaching faculty.The cultivation of normal major students should focus on the characteristics of their future career--the teaching faculty are the main force of moral education.Cultivating normal students should not only focus on developing their expertise and teaching skills,but also focus on their curriculum ideological and political ability,which lays a foundation for normal major students to combine the elements of ideology and politics and disciplines to conduct ideological and political education for students after their graduation.Normal majors in colleges and universities can cultivate the political and ideological quality and curriculum ideological and political concepts through explicit ideological and political courses and implicit ideological and political education in professional courses;in the talent cultivation program,the"curriculum ideology and politics"courses should be set up independently to help normal major students master the construction strategies and teaching methods of curriculum ideology and politics;normal major students should be instructed to master the basic characteristics of the curriculum ideology and politics;the teaching competition related to the curriculum ideology and politics should be held to help normal students to unite the knowledge and action toward curriculum ideology and politics.
