The Path of Ideological and Political Construction of College English Curriculum

英语是联合国工作语言之一,同时也是国际交流合作中最重要的语言之一。在“立德树人”的背景下,英语突出的工具性属性和人文属性,决定了大学英语课程也具备独特的思想政治教育价值。为此,本文深入分析了“立德树人”的基本内涵,从正反两个方面探讨了推动大学英语课程改革的必要性,并指出了“立德树人”视角下大学英语课程思政建设的可行路径,为推动大学英语教育的改革起到了借鉴参考作用。

English is one of the working languages of the United Nations and one of the most important languages in international exchanges and cooperation.Under the background of"establishing morality and cultivating people",the outstanding instrumental and humanistic attributes of English determine that college English curriculum also has unique ideological and political education value.For this reason,this paper deeply analyzes the basic connotation of"cultivating morality and cultivating people",discusses the necessity of promoting college English curriculum reform from both positive and negative aspects,and points out the feasible path of ideological and political construction of college English curriculum from the perspective of"cultivating people by virtue",which plays a reference role in promoting the reform of college English education.
